All products available on LegalDocs are digital and downloadable. No physical products are shipped.

No Refund After Successful Delivery

Because our products are digital and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the download has been delivered or access has been granted.

Duplicate Payment Policy

If you accidentally make two or more successful payments for the same document using the same account or order, we will review the transaction.

After verification, the amount from the duplicate transaction(s) will be refunded using the original payment method.

Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate payment for the same product.
• Duplicate payment successfully verified by our team.
• Refund will apply only to the extra payment, not the original purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Please contact our support team with your Order ID, payment reference, transaction ID and proof of payment. Verified duplicate-payment refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.
